Comment@162 etc.: in regard to the original creator of the old version, no, I do not suspect any problem now. The original article was by a paid editor, but I have no reason to belive that the paid editor is still active. Even if we did think it was the same person I'd say there would be little reason to deal with it as block evasion. Nearly 9 and a half years would be long enough to give a 2nd chance so if the contributions are problematic then they should be evaluated today not what happened years ago.
