In its current form, this page violates WP:NOR for presenting a list of countries that allegedly support Hamas, for reasons that include voting against a resolution that condemned the Palestinian group in the United Nations General Assembly. Even though the page cites multiple sources about the UNGA votes, these sources do not state they were motivated by support of these countries for Hamas. It is possible that a country could oppose such resolution for other reasons, like maintaining neutrality in the conflict (the final version of the resolution condemned violence in general, but not a particular party to the war). It doesn't look like the sources provided by the article are able to prove that specific countries support or oppose Hamas. Alex98 (talk) 22:31, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. I tagged the article with three concerns over the subject. Hamas does have foreign relations but a lot of this article contains more about the war in 2023. It can include about the wars between Hamas and Israel in 2008-2009, 2012, and 2014. This article may not be notable outright as well. UN Watch which is cited at least a dozen times is not a reliable source due to its bias in favor of Israel. The article needs to be fixed. --WikiCleanerMan (talk) 20:40, 15 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It certainly looks better now. However, I believe this article should have the form of text rather than tables. Many of these countries have a history of complex relations with Hamas, that shifted from support to opposition through time, and summarizing all the information as "supported Hamas" in the "status" column might be a bit reductive.
