The placement of the phrase "while in office" ties it to "Greenspun." Clearly, someone meant to say while Clinton was in office.
I'm not correcting it because I don't think this is a notable factoid, but in an article about a newspaper, maybe grammar should matter? 184.0.94.83 (talk) 22:50, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
