Lang| to langx

[edit]

Hi, I recently noticed that you changed the lang| template to the {{langx}} template. Please note that since lang| is usually used to tag a language without mentioning languafe label on the article, if you convert it to the langx template, you should also include |label=none in the langx template per its documentation. Ckfasdf (talk) 22:26, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. Thank you. I didn't notice that and wasn't aware of that so thank you for the heads up. I'll keep that in mind. Reader of Information (talk) 22:27, 8 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your understanding. It would be greatly appreciated if you could also revisit all of your edits involving the replacement of lang| with langx and add |label=none in those edits. Ckfasdf (talk) 04:52, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
{{lang}} should not be switched to {{langx}}. Gonnym (talk) 12:08, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. It was an unknown error that was addressed yesterday. I honestly thought it was the same thing to my misunderstanding of templates. I'm still working on reverting my edits that affected the lang templates while making sure that the lang-id templates are replaced. I apologize for the inconvenience. Reader of Information (talk) 16:27, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The edits are still being worked on to revert so it will take a while. I apologize for the wait. Reader of Information (talk) 16:27, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ckfasdf I think I got them all, if I haven’t let me know and I will fix it accordingly. I apologize for the inconvenience Reader of Information (talk) 16:47, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

inappropriate conversion of lang-ka to langx

[edit]

See this edit where you converted {{lang-ka}} to {{langx}}. {{lang-ka}} is excluded from the TfD and is so listed at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2024 September 27/lang-?? templates § excluded templates. Please restore that page and any others where you have changed excluded {{lang-??|...}} to {{langx|??|...}}.

Reader of Information: You also made an error in another article. Please wait for the bot to perform its edits. There is no hurry; it's better to get the edits right than to do them right away. – Jonesey95 (talk) 17:35, 13 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. I'm not perfect but if it hasn't been reversed yet I will do so. Reader of Information (talk) 22:50, 17 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Alright @Jonesey95 , looks like someone reversed it. Sorry that I haven't been looking at Wikipedia. I've been in school learning so I'm on and off frequently. Reader of Information (talk) 22:52, 17 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for informing me. I will keep that in mind in the future. Reader of Information (talk) 22:52, 17 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Gor Factory, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Murica. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
