Shovel Shenanigans, Twinkle is a very powerful editing tool that is not intended for new editors. Please do not try to use it until you have several hundred edits. This was not good advice to give to an editor who has just been editing for two weeks. It could get you into more trouble than you will want to deal with. I don't mean to be discouraging, Shovel Shenanigans, but it's also not a wise idea for an editor with just 102 edits to go to WP:ANI and try to explain policies to editors that have been working on the project for 5, 10, 15, even 20 years. They understand all about the impropriety of personal attacks. I get that you are enthusiastic about editing here but please stick with improving articles, maybe some anti-vandalism work or crafting draft articles before participating in conduct discussions on administrators' noticeboards.
